Dive video
« on: November 19, 2010, 05:39:57 PM »
Me and Mike did a spearfishing SCUBA dive last month and I put this video together.
I took the camera with me on the first dive and speared some fish on the second dive.
This is my first time using the camera with SCUBA.
The vis was only 10 feet and a slight surge at 60 feet deep.
Did the best I could with the minimum of video and conditions.

Hey Dave I enjoyed your video, well done.  Another question: what was the music score you used.  Had the same music dubbed in a video dive I did in Cozumel.

That was a box crab. I hear they are good eating. This was a small one as you can see compaired to the sea urchins.

The music came with the editing program. I am not happy with this Roxio editing program but it was cheaper than the Adobe. One of the nice things about it is the basic music selection that can be stretched to fit the video.

This gives you a little taste of what it is like spearfishing. A good flashlight, looking around in the rocks, the visibility, the surge and watch out for the urchins!

I know what you mean  :laughing7:
I am finding out what it takes: good light, get in close and a steady hand.
