Recent Sonoma Conditions?
« on: August 22, 2016, 06:58:43 PM »
Pondering a shore dive anywhere in Sonoma County tomorrow, and I was wondering if anyone had any recent updates on conditions/viz? It could be anywhere from Russian Gulch up to Gualala, anything helps. Thanks!

I dove north of Jenner's Russian Gulch today and it wasn't great. Viz was up to 12 feet in spots but mostly 3-4, very hazy, and a big south swell hammering the exposed points every 15 minutes or so. It was diveable, just not that fun or rewarding. My brother pulled a withered ab and I got 3 decent 9s. Be safe if you go.
