Captain Jack's Tequila Teriyaki Marinade

Captain Jack’s Tequila Teriyaki Marinade

Ingredients:   1/2 cup Margarine or Butter
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Teriyaki Sauce
1/2 cup 100 Agave Reposado Tequila
10 Minced Garlic Cloves
Small Diced Onion
1 lime Juiced if fresh, 2 limes Juiced if frozen
Healthy Dash of Garlic Salt

Directions: Shoot a fish or a bunch of fish in the face. Heat all ingredients together in a sauce pan just until the butter is melted. Large uncut fillets cam be marinated for several hours.  Lightly oil the grill. Cook to medium rare over hot coals (hand needs to be pulled back after three seconds.

Very tasty! Marinaded and BBQ'd up one of my lingcods and enjoyed a few delicious fish tacos! I would definitely recommend this to a friend.
And if you're wondering where I got the tequila... Don't ask ;)
