I just saw this online.  I haven't tried it yet.  The Paco Jet canister is an expensive high end ice cream machine.  I'd imagine you could just put it in a regular old ice cream maker.

That is an interesting idea. It sounds like it would accent lobster bisque quit well. I would make sure the uni was sweet and creamy, a bad selection on the uni would be afoul.
