rolatini! AKA ab rolls
« on: July 01, 2009, 10:27:26 PM »
for this recipe you must have a meat slicer!
  1.         First thke the ab and cut 1/4 inch slices with the ab laying flat on the blades and pound as usual.
  2. take the slices and lay them flat add motzerella cheese slightly off to one side.
  3. Use your desired filling such as crab meat, shrimp, scallops, ETC.
  4. season to your taste.
  5. roll the filling inside being carful not to tear ab meat. tooth picks soaked in water work well to hold the rolls together
  6. do the usual egg wash bread crum and coat the whole roll..
  7. fry in hot grease for a few seconds and place on baking sheet.
  8. bake at 375 for 10 mins and enjoy

Do if you get a chance try this it is different and deffinately hits the spot. If you like wine it goes great with a good white.
