Asian/Island Style Ab

My buddy Kiel from NCKA showed me this up at Shelter Cove. My family loves it!!   

Get an ab or two or three and clean, and slice and pound as normal.

Then dice it all up and throw it in a bowl.

It will be a sticky mess, don't freak out.

Pour some Sesame Oil and Knorr seasoning in until it feels like it moves and slips around better when you mix it with your fingers.

Then add roasted sesame seeds (you can roast them on a skillet easy), some diced ginger, some rock salt, a container of that green chuka seaweed salad you get at the asian market, and a container of that masago flying fish row stuff. You can add crushed red pepper for some spice if you want. :thumbsup:

Mix it all together and add ingredients if you think it needs more of anything.

Open your beverage of choice.  :occasion14:
