Stir Fry Ab

 I was waiting to try this and the last ab I had fell victim to it...I prepared the ab normally-slice 1/2-1/4in pound until It starts to split. I then cut it up into 2x4in strips. Put some sesame oil on a wok and start cookin the ab precook for 5min before adding veggies-I used:

1/4 of a 8in abalone
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 White onion
1 handful snowpeas
roasted peanuts
bok choy
bamboo shoots
water chestnuts
1tsp of matsaman curry paste
 Cook 15min total and serve over rice!!! Beats the hell outta beef stir fry!!!!

Looks good I'm gonna try that,delete bell pepper add asparagus

sounds good, guess I know where my last snail is going...just need to remember to not toss in too much soy sauce...
