Looks tasty! I wonder if that might be a good way to use up some epipodium that was chopped up into small bits?

I cooked a similar dish based on the onion pancake on this site (http://www.maangchi.com/).  I also made the Abalone Rice Porridge called Jeonbokjuk, the Jeonbokjuk was the best thing I have ever eaten.  When cooking Korean it is important to have Kim-chi, sauces and condiments they make the meal extra special.
