Registration will begin at 8:30am and the meeting will begin promptly at 9:00am. Please allow ample time for travel, parking, etc. There is limited street parking- please be sure to read all street signs. A parking lot across the Rattigan building has parking for the full day for $8. Light refreshments will be provided; lunch will not be provided and a lunch break will be made available to meeting participants.

Limited travel reimbursements are available to support participation in-person Project Team meetings. This is intended to provide modest financial support to participants, particularly those who will not receive travel reimbursements by their place of employment. Participants interested in receiving travel reimbursement must email a request to the facilitation team at no later than 5pm on Monday, May 20. Only those who submit an email request will be reimbursed. We will follow up directly with those that submit a request and provide you with the details to receive your reimbursement following the meeting.

We look forward to a productive conversation during next week’s meeting. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions, comments, or concerns.

All our best,
