The next recreational urchin removal event will be November 10-11 at Caspar Beach. Dive briefing in the campground parking lot at 8 am Saturday. Remember you will need a fishing license if you want to pull urchin but there are plenty of uses for volunteers on shore. Attendance slumped a little at the last event so let's make a point to be at this one and bring friends. It only works if we have mass numbers of volunteers.

from Josh Russo
were  getting close to the November 10th & 11th removal event at Caspar. The campground has offered free camping for volunteers. Be sure to tell them you're with the removal event when you book your site. They may put us all together or give us individual sites but they need to know you're with us.
