Bluewater Float
« on: June 27, 2019, 02:39:52 PM »
Hey fellas,

Anyone got a solid Bluewater Float they're willing to let me borrow from roughly 7/1 to 7/8?

Heading to San Clemente & Catalina to chase Bluefin.  Have one 3ATM Riffe already and ordered another 30L from Mako but it won't get to me in time.  Willing to consider purchasing if someone has one I'm interested in for the right price and good condition.

Happy to return the favor with sometime by lending mine out or bringing you back some fillets or even bringing you out with us on the boat sometime.

LMK and thanks in advance!
- Jeff

Unfortunately not, we spent a couple days chasing BFT around San Clemente and only saw a single foamer from a distance.  The weather got nasty that week and there was a Small Craft Advisory from SD to SB that blew out the conditions on the Pacific side of Catalina where we spent most of our time after that.  Saw very little while in the water besides some good calicos (no pics) and only got a couple barracuda on rods and reels. Should have moored in Two Harbors instead of Cat Harbor and stuck to that side all weekend.

Bummer dude! Two harbors is certainly the place to get stuck :)
