May 6th for the Triton open
« on: March 10, 2017, 06:35:54 AM »
The Monterey Bay Tritons would like to invite you to join them  on May 6th for the Triton Open. We will be diving the Monterey/Carmel area. After the comp we will be providing a lunch, awards, and as always our awesome raffle. The best way to sign up is to visit our website at http://www.montereybaytritons.com. I have attached a copy of the rules and a map of how to get to Oak Newton Park where the pre-dive meeting and the weigh in will be. We do except same day registration, but it's best to do it ahead of time. This is an open meet so everyone is welcome.

This is a really fun event, and the Tritons are super nice and friendly.

Diving has been good down here in Monterey recently, viz has been stellar up to 45+ depending on day/spot, striper action is starting up and down the beaches, salmon bite is hot, and the weather and scenery are always good.

 ;D

Here are some pics showing why Monterey is worth a visit for the weekend.  8)

Hope some of you guys make it down!

Sincerely,

Jim
