Spearfishing Competition Insurance?

(1/1)

TheKeeneroo:
Anyone have useful insight or links they can point me toward that discusses what insurance is needed to host a 1 day spearfishing competition/derby/rodeo/whatever lingo is needed to make it work? Freediving only from shore/yak if that makes a difference. I'd like to learn more about the event logistics.

MATT MATTISON:
LMFAO !!!!

good luck on that ! I tried for years on finding some and rolled the dice with out it for the 10 years I held dive comps.

You best bet and hope is your waiver is a good one that  keeps folks from suing but as we all know in ca you cannot sign your civil liberties and rights away, so in reality a waiver is as good as the toilet paper ones uses and remember this is ca there is no get a out jail free card in this state
