Title: Poking around off West Side Santa Cruz
Post by: heyyourivera on February 06, 2018, 11:07:11 PM
Thought the conditions last weekend were good enough for some hole hunting in Santa Cruz (I take the opportunity when I can since I live a few blocks away). Lots of fish and lots of holes in fairly shallow water.

Man, those waters do not look nearly as bad as people have been saying.  I am excited for some afternoon dives come summer time.

It's definitely not good vis, but if you're poking through holes then it doesn't need to be much better. Just need a good flashlight.
